Steve McGough is an scuba industry professional with with more than 14 years of experience. Specifically, he's worked for 10 years in retail sales and training and one year as an instructor and marketing manager at an island dive resort.

As an industry consultant and a contract instructor since 2000, Steve has continued to improve the presence of dive center Web sites and has worked with small businesses to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Along with his experience in the scuba industry, Steve has written internal communications and managed corporate intranet content using new technology for two industry-leading Fortune 100 companies.

Steve has been recognized for designing Web-based training materials for employees of corporate intranet portals and creating intranet Web sites for leadership meetings, award programs and individual business group segments.

As a current and active Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) master instructor and Instructor Development (IDC) staff instructor, Steve's experience includes working with new divers as well as those preparing for instructor examinations.
